    Parent/Guardian Access

    ‍Parents or legal guardians may request access to their child’s records by contacting the school.  SMS maintains the Ontario Student Record (OSR) which is a record of a student’s educational progress through schools in Ontario. Parents of students who are under the age of 18 can have access to their child’s OSR. The folder cannot leave the school, but copies of its contents can be made. Reference.

    SMS may limit disclosure where information involves the privacy or safety of another individual.
