Grades 2 - 5 Classroom Teacher (Project-Based Learning)
Status: Full-time | Start Date: August 2025
We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative educator to lead project-based learning in a multi-age classroom for students in Grades 2–5. This role includes designing interdisciplinary units, supporting skill development in literacy and numeracy, and fostering growth in social-emotional learning and executive functioning. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, flexibility, and a deep respect for neurodivergent learners — someone who values student voice, designs inclusive learning experiences, and has the ability to meet diverse learning needs with creativity and care

Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate interdisciplinary projects that integrate academic skills with real-world inquiry
Support foundational and advanced skill-building in literacy, numeracy, and executive functioning
Plan and lead physical education experiences that are inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate
Use nearby parks and outdoor spaces as natural extensions of the classroom
Nurture social-emotional growth and foster strong student relationships
Document student learning and communicate growth in meaningful, authentic ways
Contribute actively to a collaborative, compassionate school culture rooted in continuous learning and innovation
Qualifications
Formal teacher training or teaching credentials from any country or jurisdiction.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a classroom or equivalent educational setting
Understanding of project-based and inquiry-driven pedagogy
Experience working with neurodivergent learners in inclusive settings
Comfort and creativity in leading physical education and outdoor learning
Openness to learn and grow alongside students in a dynamic, collaborative environment
